The general inconsistency between same actions on different business rules is very annoying, but here is one specific example.
When I create a View, and select “Available for > Agents in Group” i get a drop-down list of all my groups. I can also see which are selected.
When I want to do the same for Macros, but there is no drop-down.
I have to start typing, We have dozens of groups… For some macros, I want to allow all but one. There's no count, no bulk editing,..
The amount of clicks it takes to do anything in the admin center is unreasonably high, along with the inconsistent results for similar actions on the different business rules, but that's a different post.
