Zendesk is FULL of Bugs! Fix it NOW! 😡😡😡

I can't believe how broken Zendesk is right now! I've been trying to get some simple tasks done, and it's just glitch after glitch! This software is supposed to make things easier, but it's nothing but a headache. 🤕
First, the tickets don't update properly, so my team is constantly chasing down information that should be in the system. Then, the reporting tool crashes every time I try to generate a report. I had to restart my entire computer THREE times just to get back into Zendesk!
You NEED to make it compatible with Windows 95 and Internet Explorer!!!! Not everyone wants to use brand new fancy software!!!!
This is unacceptable! How can you call this a professional platform? I need answers NOW! Your support team is useless, too. I submitted a ticket about these problems, and all I got was a generic response telling me to "clear my cache." Seriously?! You need to get your act together, Zendesk, or you're going to lose customers. I know I'm not the only one who's fed up with this nonsense.
